Nagpur MMLP will be a Phased Development
The project will unfold in three phases, with Phase-I requiring an investment of Rs. 137 crore and expected completion within two years. Once fully operational, the MMLP aims to handle approximately 9.47 million metric tonnes of cargo over a 45-year horizon. This development is poised to bring a substantial economic boost to industrial zones in Nagpur, Wardha, Chandrapur, and Gondiya.
Strategic Location
The chosen site for the MMLP, situated in Sindi (near the railway station) in Wardha district, holds strategic significance. Positioned just 3 km from the Nagpur–Mumbai Maha-Samruddhi Mahamarg and adjacent to the Howrah–Nagpur–Mumbai rail line, the park also enjoys connectivity to the Nagpur–Aurangabad four-lane highway (NH 361). Additionally, it is conveniently located 48 km from Nagpur International Airport and 56 km from Nagpur railway station.

Facilities and Services
The MMLP is envisioned to offer a comprehensive range of facilities, including warehouses, cold storages, intermodal transfers, and handling facilities for container terminals. Value-added services such as sorting, grading, aggregation, desegregation areas, bonded warehouse, customs facilities, and support logistics facilities are also planned. These provisions aim to enhance the efficiency of the Indian logistics sector.
