This marks the second consecutive year that BLR Airport has achieved this recognition, showcasing its dedication to providing outstanding experiences for passengers.

The airport excels in various aspects, including efficient deboarding procedures, streamlined immigration and customs processes, and dedicated e-visa counters. Additionally, Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru (BLR Airport) provides organized baggage claim services and innovative amenities to enhance passenger convenience.

The BLR Pulse app, offering high-speed WiFi connectivity upon arrival, and features like ‘WayFinder’ facilitate navigation within the airport premises. Passengers can also book transit hotels and seek assistance through the app’s chat box option.
