New Train Services Connect Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and Mau

Railways to introduce new train services between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) and Mau.

Introduction

The Indian Railways has announced the introduction of new train services that will connect Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) and Mau. This initiative aims to enhance connectivity and facilitate convenient travel for passengers between these two destinations.

Schedule and Timings

  1. LTT-Mau Weekly Express (Train no 15182):
    • Departure: Every Monday at 11:10 hrs
    • Commencement: Starting from 18.12.2023
    • Arrival: Mau at 18:30 hrs on the next day
  2. Mau-LTT Weekly Express (Train no 15181):
    • Departure: Every Saturday at 22:15 hrs
    • Commencement: Starting from 16.12.2023
    • Arrival: Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 03:45 hrs on the third day

Halts

The trains will make stops at the following stations:

LTT, Kalyan, Nashik Road, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Harda, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj, Prayag, Phulpur, Janghai, Mariahu, Jaunpur, Shahganj, Khorason Road, Azamgarh, Muhammadabad, and Mau.

Composition of Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and Mau Train

The trains will consist of a total of 21 Linke Hofmann Busch (LHB) coaches, including:

  • 2 AC II Tier
  • 6 AC III Tier Economy
  • 7 Sleeper Class
  • 5 General Second Class, including Guard’s brake van
  • 1 Generator cum Luggage Brake Van

Reservation Information

Bookings for Train no 15182 will open on 14.12.2023 at all computerised reservation centres and on the official website www.irctc.co.in.

For detailed timings at halts and additional information, passengers can visit www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in or download the NTES App. This initiative is expected to provide a convenient and efficient travel option for passengers along this route.
