In a step that holds the promise of improved connectivity and convenience for passengers, the Railway Board has granted approval for extending the train number 16535/36 Mysuru Solapur Golgumbaz Express to the holy town of Pandharpur.
Timings and Stoppage in Extended Route
The extended route of the Golgumbaz Express is set to redefine the rail travel experience for thousands of pilgrim passengers to Pandharpur. Departing from Solapur at 10:20 am, the train will arrive at the sacred town of Pandharpur by 12:25 pm.
On its return journey, the train departs from Pandharpur at 1:00 pm and travels back to Solapur, reaching there at 3:30 pm. The Golgumbaz Express will have a stoppage at Kurduvadi in its extended portion.
Train Schedule between Mysuru and Solapur
Train with number 16535 will leave Mysuru at 3:45 PM and reach Solapur at 10:15 AM the following day.
Return trip: Train number 16536 will leave Solapur at 3:42 PM and arrive in Mysuru at 10:30 AM the next day.
The Railway Board has also directed the zonal railways to implement the order from an early convenient date.
