New Delhi, June 28, 2024 – Bharti Airtel, one of India’s leading telecommunications companies, has announced a revision in its mobile tariff plans effective from July 3, 2024. The move is aimed at achieving a sustainable Average Revenue per User (ARPU) of over INR 300, which Airtel deems essential for a financially viable business model that supports substantial investments in network technology and spectrum.
In a statement, Airtel emphasized that achieving the targeted ARPU will allow the company to continue providing high-quality services while enabling modest returns on capital.
