Adani Group Launches India’s Largest Skill Development Program to Boost ‘Make in India’ Initiative

Partners with Singapore’s ITE Education Services, Donates INR 2,000 Cr to Build World’s Largest Skill Academy, Targeting 25,000 Learners Annually

In a landmark move to support India’s growing industrial needs, the Adani Group has announced the development of the country’s largest skill and employability program. Partnering with Singapore’s ITE Education Services (ITEES), the conglomerate plans to build a world-class talent pool to fuel sectors like Green Energy, Manufacturing, Hi-tech, and Industrial Design.

The Adani family has pledged a staggering INR 2,000 Cr to establish the Adani Global Skills Academy, a network of internationally benchmarked finishing schools. These academies will focus on transforming fresh graduates and diploma holders into industry-ready professionals, equipped with cutting-edge skills and certifications.

World’s Largest Skill Academy in Mundra, Gujarat

The program’s first phase will see the creation of the world’s largest finishing school in Mundra, Gujarat, aiming to train over 25,000 learners annually. Students will undergo intensive bootcamps, leveraging AI-based simulators, mixed reality learning, and innovation centers within a fully residential facility.

Partnership with ITEES Singapore

Adani’s collaboration with ITEES Singapore, a global leader in vocational training, ensures the program meets international standards. ITEES will provide expertise in curriculum design, faculty training, and certification, creating a seamless talent pipeline for industries.

Aligning with ‘Make in India’ and Viksit Bharat
