Rs. 2,000 Crore Investment to Boost Innovation, Production, and Exports in Karnataka
TVS Motor Company, a global leader in two and three-wheelers, announced plans to set up a Global Capability Center in Karnataka and expand its operations in Mysuru. The company will invest Rs. 2,000 crore over the next five years to enhance production, engineering, and innovation capabilities.
At the Invest Karnataka 2025 event, Managing Director Sudarshan Venu revealed the plans, including building a test track and new office infrastructure. The Global Capability Center will focus on research, AI, and next-gen bike development, attracting top talent.

TVSM’s Mysuru facility, which employs 3,500 people and produces 1.5 million vehicles annually, will double its export and overall revenues. The company aims to strengthen its position as the world’s fourth-largest two-wheeler manufacturer.
