Starting on October 1, 2023, the 16205 Talaguppa-Mysuru Intercity Express will take an additional 25 minutes to travel between Talaguppa and Mysuru.
The Train 16205 Talaguppa-Mysuru Intercity Express will undergo a revision in timings between Talaguppa and Mysuru stations with effect from October 1, 2023.
However, the train 16206 Mysuru-Talaguppa Intercity Express via Shimoga will run with the existing timings i.e. there will be no change in the timings.
The revision in timings is part of the Indian Railways’ New Timetable (TAG 2023-24) effective from October 1, 2023.
As per the updated time table, Train 16205 will depart from Talaguppa at 14.50 Hours as against the present departure of 15.00 hours. It will arrive at Mysuru Junction on the same day at 22.30 hours as against the present Arrival of 22.15 hours.

About Train 16205/06 Mysuru-Talaguppa-Mysuru Intercity Express
It is a daily intercity express that connects Mysuru and Talaguppa in the Shivamogga/Shimoga District. It runs in the shortest route via Hassan, Arsikere, Birur, and Shivamogga.
The train starts from Mysuru junction in the morning at 06:00 hours and arrives at Talaguppa station at 13:15 hours. In return the train will depart Talaguppa at 14:50 hours and arrive at Mysuru Junction at 22:30 hours on the same day.
Talaguppa is around 89 KM from Shivamogga Town. Talaguppa is the nearest railway station to the famous Jog falls located at a distance of 20 KM. Jog falls is one of the highest falls of India. The train connects popular tourist and pilgrim centers such as Jog Falls and Sri Sigandur Chowdeshwari Temple with Mysuru.
