Recovering Stolen Property Worth Rs. 12.48 Crores

Under Operation “Rail Suraksha,” RPF registered 6312 cases of theft, leading to the recovery of stolen railway property valued at Rs. 12.48 crores. A total of 12099 offenders were arrested, reinforcing RPF’s dedication to combating crimes against railway property.

Ensuring Safe Childbirths During Journeys

Operation “Matrishakti” witnessed RPF lady personnel assisting in 206 child births during train journeys, demonstrating their dedication to providing support and care to passengers in need.

RPF attended to over 2 lakh calls from individuals in need of real-time security assistance during their journeys, emphasizing the force’s commitment to ensuring the safety of railway passengers.

  • Operation “Amanat”: RPF retrieved 39091 forgotten belongings, valued at over Rs. 54.43 Crore, ensuring passengers’ peace of mind.
  • Operation ‘WILEP’: RPF addressed illegal wildlife trade, detecting 13 cases and arresting 16 individuals.
  • Operation ‘YatriSuraksha’: Launched in 2022, this operation focuses on real-time security assistance for passengers.
