No More Geo-Fencing Limits
Indian Railways has made a significant change to its UTS on Mobile app, enhancing passenger convenience by removing the distance restriction for booking paperless tickets.
Previously, passengers could only book journey, platform, and seasonal tickets within a 50-km radius. With this update, travelers can now book tickets from any station or location without this limit, though the geo-fencing within station premises remains unchanged.
