NBCC to Lead Rs 142 Crore SIDBI Vashi Redevelopment Project

NBCC (India) Limited has taken on the redevelopment of SIDBI’s Vashi project, valued at Rs 142 crore. As part of this, NBCC will handle tasks like demolishing the old structure. They will also secure approvals from local authorities and conduct important surveys. They will also create final designs, manage tenders, and select contractors.

This project follows a 2023 agreement between NBCC and SIDBI, which aims to modernize SIDBI’s infrastructure. It will include energy-efficient, eco-friendly buildings, supporting SIDBI’s growth and contributing to India’s sustainable development goals.
