Brigade Group has inked a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a premium residential project in Mysuru, spanning 10 acres and 37 guntas. With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹225 crores, the project will feature luxury plots and high-end apartments, reinforcing Brigade’s stronghold in Mysuru’s real estate market.
Located near the Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway, the development promises seamless connectivity, modern amenities, and sustainable living. Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Ltd., highlighted Mysuru’s growth potential, citing its cultural heritage and infrastructure boom.
