New CoE to Drive Smart Factories, Connected Vehicles, and Healthcare Solutions with Cutting-Edge 5G/6G Technologies
Altair, a global leader in computational intelligence, and L&T Technology Services (LTTS), a premier engineering and technology services provider, have unveiled a groundbreaking 5G-6G Wireless Center of Excellence (CoE). This initiative aims to address critical industry challenges such as connectivity breakdowns, high operational costs, and slow innovation cycles, while empowering sectors like telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, and manufacturing with next-generation wireless solutions.
The CoE will leverage Altair’s advanced simulation and design tools, including Altair HyperWorks and Altair RapidMiner, alongside LTTS’ expertise in end-to-end product development. Together, they will incubate innovative applications and use cases, such as 5G/6G network planning, reflective intelligent surfaces, and digital twins for real-time simulations. These technologies promise lightning-fast speeds, low latency, and unmatched scalability, enabling businesses to optimize performance, predict network failures, and enhance decision-making.
