Having achieved a fleet size of 22 aircraft within a short span since its inception, Akasa Air stands out as one of the fastest-growing airlines in the history of civil aviation. The fleet now comprises 21 Boeing 737 MAX 8 and one Boeing 737 MAX 8 200, a distinctive model and the first of its kind in Asia.

Aligning with the airline’s commitment to sustainability, the 737 MAX family provides greater range and fuel efficiency, reducing fuel use and carbon emissions by 20% compared to those it replaces. Additionally, the 737 MAX is a quieter airplane with a 50% smaller noise footprint than replacement airplanes.
