In response to the increased passenger demand, Central Railways (CR) has announced the operation of four weekly superfast train services on special charges between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) and Muzaffarpur.
Schedule Details
- LTT to Muzaffarpur: The 05282 Superfast Weekly Special will depart Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 21.00 hrs every Saturday on 23.12.2023 and 30.12.2023. It is scheduled to arrive in Muzaffarpur at 04.00 hrs on the third day.
- Muzaffarpur to LTT: The 05281 Superfast Weekly Special will depart Muzaffarpur at 13.00 hrs every Friday on 22.12.2023 and 29.12.2023. The train will reach Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 19.00 hrs the next day.

Halts and Route
The LTT Muzaffarpur Special Trains will make stops at key stations including Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nashik Road, Manmad, Bhusaval, and various others, connecting important cities along the route.
Composition of LTT Muzaffarpur Special Train
The composition of these special trains includes 2 AC-II Tier, 4 AC-III Tier, 12 Sleeper Class, and 5 General Second Class coaches, including 2 Guard’s brake vans. In total, there will be 23 ICF coaches.

Reservation Information
Bookings for the 05282 Superfast Weekly Special trains on special charges will open on 21.12.2023, available at all Passenger Reservation System (PRS) locations and the official website www.irctc.co.in. Passengers are urged to take advantage of these special train services to accommodate the additional rush.
