The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has launched ‘Rajmargyatra,’ a citizen-centric unified mobile application.

The application aims to improve the highway user experience by providing comprehensive information on Indian National Highways and an efficient complaint redressal system. Users can access real-time weather conditions, notifications, and details about toll plazas, petrol pumps, hospitals, and hotels for a seamless journey.

The application allows easy reporting of highway-related issues with geo-tagged videos or photos. Complaints will be handled promptly, with escalations to higher authorities if needed. FASTag services are integrated for convenient recharging and other banking services.
