Tata Motors has launched the Nexon iCNG, India’s first turbocharged CNG SUV, with prices starting at ₹8.99 lakh. This new variant of the popular Nexon is designed for customers who want to drive a green vehicle. They can do so without sacrificing performance.
The Nexon iCNG is powered by a 1.2L turbocharged engine, delivering 100PS of power and 170NM of torque. It also offers a spacious 321-litre boot thanks to Tata’s twin-cylinder technology.
Advanced Features for Comfort and Safety
The Nexon iCNG comes with luxury features like a panoramic sunroof, leatherette ventilated seats, and a 10.25-inch infotainment screen by Harman™. In terms of safety, it carries Tata’s safety DNA. It includes advanced features such as Leak Detection and Fire Protection Device. It also has a 5-star G-NCAP rating. These make it one of the safest CNG cars in its segment.
Extended Range for Nexon.ev
Tata Motors also introduced updates to the Nexon.ev, including a 45 kWh battery pack that provides a real-world range of 350-370 km.
This upgrade aims to make intercity travel more convenient for EV customers, with faster charging times and enhanced features. The prices for Nexon.ev start at ₹13.99 lakh.
Special Red Hot #DARK Edition
In addition, Tata Motors unveiled a special Red Hot #DARK edition of the Nexon.ev. This edition features stylish red accents, an exclusive infotainment system, and a panoramic sunroof.
It’s designed to offer a premium and unique experience for customers looking for something special in their electric vehicle.
