NBCC (India) Ltd. has joined hands with Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti to improve education across India. They signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for building new schools and making existing ones more eco-friendly.
New Campuses in Delhi
Under this partnership, NBCC will build three new permanent campus facilities in Delhi. These campuses will be located in Narela, Shahdara, and East Delhi. The total cost of these projects is over Rs. 188 Crore. These modern campuses will help students learn in better environments.
Solar and Electric Water Systems
NBCC will also set up solar and electric water heating systems in 331 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas across the country. This will cost Rs. 38.45 Crore. The goal is to save energy and reduce costs, making the schools more sustainable.
A Commitment to Better Education
NBCC has a strong history of building educational projects, such as IIM Sambalpur and AIIMS Bilaspur. This partnership will help many students and improve education infrastructure in India. Both organizations aim to create a better, greener learning space for students.
