This approval, marked by Certificate No. AATB 0182 dated May 29, 2024, signifies a major milestone as JEM prepares to launch India’s first 1-ton commercial electric vehicle (EV).

- Rapid Charging Capability: The JEM TEZ can charge from 0% to 100% in approximately 20 minutes at combined charging stations, the fastest charging time in the industry. An onboard charger allows for a full charge in under 2 hours.
- Certified Range: With a certified range of 127 kilometers, the JEM TEZ is designed for efficient commercial use.
- Production Plans: JEM aims to produce 1,000 vehicles in the 2024-25 period.
