NBCC Wins Major NHAI Project for New Regional Offices

Seven New Regional Offices and Project Units to be Built Across India

NBCC (India) Ltd. has been awarded a significant contract by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The contract is for the construction of permanent office buildings for its Regional Offices (ROs) and Project Implementation Units (PIUs). The project is valued at approximately Rs. 101 crore and aims to boost NHAI’s operational capabilities.

The new offices will be located across seven key cities, namely Bhopal, Madurai, Delhi, Guwahati, Varanasi, Thiruvananthapuram, and Raipur. This initiative is expected to improve project implementation and strengthen the NHAI’s regional presence.

NBCC‘s scope of work includes the complete design and development of these offices, adhering to all applicable building regulations. The company will be responsible for civil, architectural, and structural engineering, along with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and IT networking installations. Additionally, the project includes provisions for lab equipment, furniture, and other essential facilities.

The construction is set to be completed within a 24-month timeframe. It will enhance the infrastructure of NHAI. This will lead to better project management across multiple states.
