Mumbai, April 08, 2025 – In a landmark move, Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited (SDHI), a leading private player in shipbuilding, ship repairs, and heavy fabrication, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE). The agreement, inked on April 7, 2025, at GRSE Bhavan, aims to enhance India’s indigenous commercial shipbuilding capabilities while aligning with the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative.
