Additional Infrastructure at IIIT Nagpur
NBCC (India) Limited has been awarded a Rs.75 crore project. This project will build additional infrastructure at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Nagpur.
This project aims to further enhance the educational facilities of the IIIT Nagpur. The institute is situated about 25 kilometers from Nagpur city.
Expansion of Academic and Student Facilities
Phase I was successfully completed. It included key buildings like an academic block, administrative offices, and residential hostels. The new project marks the beginning of Phase II.
This phase includes the construction of a new Academic Block – B. It will also involve the installation of necessary electrical and mechanical services. The project will also introduce a new canteen that can accommodate 200 students. It will also include a multi-purpose hall for up to 1000 people. The hall is designed for various events and activities.
