Bengaluru, Karnataka – In a landmark move for India’s manufacturing sector, Ethereal Machines has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Karnataka at Invest Karnataka 2025 to establish a cutting-edge Smart Factory in Bengaluru. Spanning three lakh square feet, this facility is set to redefine precision manufacturing, advanced engineering, and research and development (R&D), positioning Karnataka and India as global leaders in industrial innovation.
The Smart Factory will leverage Ethereal Machines’ proprietary intellectual property (IP) and state-of-the-art CNC machines to produce high-precision components for critical industries such as aerospace, healthcare, and consumer electronics. As one of the few global players to master 5-axis CNC machining, Ethereal Machines is enabling industries to achieve unparalleled accuracy, efficiency, and innovation—key drivers in the future of manufacturing.
This initiative aligns with Karnataka’s vision to emerge as a global hub for manufacturing excellence. The facility is expected to significantly enhance the state’s industrial capabilities, fostering economic growth and creating high-skilled employment opportunities.
